So What Did They Do Differently to Make a Change?
Identify The Blind-Spots – Our Greatest Challenge
The greatest obstacles to success in any endeavour are the challenges that arise that were unforeseen – no one saw them coming. Why is that the greatest challenge? Because there was no way to prepare for them and they consume large amounts of time, money and effort to resolve.
What gaps exist now that hinder your progress from being the best it can be? What gaps exist now that will cause challenges later on if appropriate action isn’t taken now?
Pointing You in the Right Direction
We won’t put someone on a program that isn’t right for them as it ultimately would be detrimental to you, us and everyone else on the program. So our development journey with everyone must start with learning about you, discovering your wants and needs, your strengths, weaknesses and gaps, firstly so that you are aware of those gaps for yourself. Secondly, so that we can ensure that you get the right guidance to optimise your development journey with us.

Mentoring / Coaching
Mentoring & coaching ensures individuals receive guidance purposefully tailored around their unqiue situations and optimised to suit how each person learns best.
Who Are We?
Through our not-for-profit sister organisation Lighthouse Kidz, we ensure that for every program an adult embarks upon, a young person in desperate need receives a junior version of the same program. Every one of our staff, partners, associates and franchisees began their journey as one of our customers first and used our products and services to progress in their own lives, careers or businesses.

What Impact Have We Had So Far?
Why Do We Do What We Do?
We’ve spent over 12 years now researching what is at the root of success in our lives, careers, businesses and families. With children, schools, local communities and corporates through countless projects, initiatives and campaigns. Throughout all these studies we have categorically proven that success in any endeavour is absolutely governed by the extent, depth and quality of the relationships we’ve developed around us.
We know that even in a £3 billion global training and development industry people struggle to follow through consistently to apply what we learn. Throughout our 12 years and with well over £1.5 million spent on research that most of us are unaware of and equipped to apply the fundamental principles of effectiveness that govern our success at home, in the workplace, in business and across society. We also feel strongly that as a human race we cannot claim to be ‘making progress’ while millions of children are lacking the basic upbringing they so desperately need. Therefore everything we do in developing adults is equally mirrored in the development of young people too.

Where would you like to go next?
Why do we struggle to truly get what we want in our lives and our careers?
The career and life we want is out there for us but are we in the position to have it? Are their people who have a better CV or are they better connected to get a foot in the door? Are we getting in our way unintentionally with our behaviour, our attitude, lack of confidence or being too busy?
If you were to measure why we haven’t been successful it is because of something we’ve done or not done, it’s down to the choices we’ve made, consciously or unconsciously that hasn’t brought us what we want.
Employers, potential romantic partners, our friends, our businesses partners are looking for a certain type of person to work with, to be with, they align with what we feel valuable to us. We all do, even you do, because we know with the right people life is easy, with the wrong people it’s headache! How do you know you are the right fit?
So What’s Holding Us Back from Getting What We Want in Our Lives and Career?
If you were to break it down what is hindering us from creating the life we want, to achieve the success we desire, it would fit into 3 areas:
You Can Start By…
What is one of the most common questions an employer will ask you in an interview?
– What are your biggest strengths and what are your biggest weaknesses?
Do you know how to answer this question in a way that powerfully communicates to an employer you are right for the job?

The lessons I have learnt from Adam have had an all-encompassing effect. I realised that everything is connected. If I had all the career success in the world but my family were unhappy, I would not be satisfied. All the connected areas to that such as health, personal development, spiritual growth, and resourcefulness became more important to me and gave me back my power. With his ideas and guidance, as well as listening to many audiobooks and reading many other books on personal development, a new vision for my life has emerged.
